ποΈ How to setup tiered tickets
Tiered tickets are a powerful way to reward early buyers, control demand, and maximise sales as your event gains momentum. By releasing tickets in stages you can automatically adjust pricing and availability without manual intervention.
How to
Let's say you want to create three ticket tiers: Early Bird, General Admission, and Final Release.
General Admission tickets become available once Early Bird tickets are sold out, and Final Release tickets are unlocked when General Admission tickets are no longer available.
Step 1

Step 2
Create the Early Bird ticket type.

Step 3
Create the General Admission ticket type.

Because the General Admission must be available only when the Early Bird tickets are sold out, go to the Advanced tab and set the dependency.

Step 4
Repeat for the Final Release ticket type.
Step 5
Preview your event page to ensure the dependencies are set up correctly.

Ticket types are marked as sold out as soon as the last available ticket is added to a basket (reservation-based). In some cases, higher-tier tickets may become available before this ticket is officially sold out if the basket is not completed.
