🆕 Why are my attendees receiving a new ticket design?

Starting Saturday, 25th October 2025, we're rolling out a brand-new digital ticket design: cleaner, more modern, and easier to read on any device.

If you have events currently on sale, you might notice that some attendees will receive the old design and others the new one during this transition period. This is completely normal.

What's changing?

Only the look and feel of the tickets.

What's not changing

  • Your check-in and scanning process will work exactly the same as before: no updates needed.

  • Ticket QR codes remain fully compatible with your existing setup.

  • All existing tickets will remain valid; there's nothing your attendees need to do.

Why we made the change

This new design isn't just cosmetic: it's about creating a more polished and consistent experience for both organizers and attendees, and a layout that feels professional yet welcoming.

We're committed to making every step of the event experience, from purchase to entry, smoother and more enjoyable.
