Because your Stripe or PayPal accounts are independent from Tixtree and fully owned by you, we do not have access to sensitive financial information, such as:

• Bank account details
• Account verifications
• Disputes and chargebacks
• Security or compliance reviews
For privacy and regulatory reasons, only Stripe or PayPal can assist you with those matters.
