How to re-send a ticket

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to re-send a ticket to attendees who haven't received their tickets or have used the wrong email address during the ticket ordering process. By following these instructions, you can easily resend the ticket to ensure that the attendees receive the necessary event details and PDF ticket(s) in a new confirmation email.

Search for the ticket to resend
  1. Click "Tickets" in the top navigation bar;
  2. Use the search box to find the ticket you need to modify. You can search by ticket buyer name, email address or ticket code to narrow down your search;
  3. If the result of the search shows more than one option, click the desired one.
Resend confirmation email

Click “Re-send” to generate and send the ticket buyer a new confirmation email that includes event details, and PDF ticket(s).
