Search for the ticket to download
- Click "Tickets" in the top navigation bar;
- Use the search box to find the ticket you need to modify. You can search by ticket buyer name, email address or ticket code to narrow down your search;
- If the result of the search shows more than one option, click the desired one.
Downloading the ticket
Click “Download” to initiate the ticket download process. The ticket will be downloaded and saved on your computer in PDF format.
