How to cancel a ticket

This article provides instructions to effectively cancel a ticket, preventing the attendee from attending the event. It's important to note that cancelling a ticket does not automatically result in a refund. If a refund is required, please refer to the guide about how to refund a ticket for further assistance.

Search for the ticket to cancel
  1. Click "Tickets" in the top navigation bar;
  2. Use the search box to find the ticket you need to modify. You can search by ticket buyer name, email address or ticket code to narrow down your search;
  3. If the result of the search shows more than one option, click the desired one.
Cancel ticket
  1. Click "Cancel";
  2. Click “Confirm” to permanently cancel that ticket.

The ticket status will be updated as "Cancelled" in the Tickets area, indicating that the ticket has been successfully cancelled.

By cancelling a ticket the attendee will not be able to attend your event. The ticket will not be refunded, if you need to refund the ticket buyer please learn more about how to refund a ticket.
