Creating and managing ticket types for your event is a crucial aspect of event planning. Follow the steps below to easily create and edit ticket types in our system.
Go to the event overview
- Click "Events" in the top navigation bar;
- Find your event using the search box;
- Click the event name;
Add a ticket type
- Click "Ticket Type" in the side navigation bar;
- Click "Add Ticket Type";
- Fill in the necessary details for your ticket type, including:
- Name
- Give your ticket a name, such as "General Admission" or "VIP Pass".
- Quantity
- Specify the number of tickets available for this ticket type, it represents the total capacity of your event.
- Price
- If the ticket type is paid, set the price accordingly. If you want to create a free ticket type, simply set the ticket price to 0.
- Click "Save".
Edit a ticket types
- Go to the event overview;
- Click "Ticket Type" in the side navigation bar;
- Click "Edit" in correspondence with the ticket type you want to change;
- Update the information as needed;
- Click "Save".
