How do I change the event status?

You can easily update the status of your event to reflect the current status of your ticket sales. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

  1. Click "Events" in the top navigation bar;
  2. Locate the specific event you want to modify and click on "Manage" to enter the event overview;
  3. Choose the most appropriate status for your event by clicking on the desired option. Here are the available options:
    1. On sale
    2. Select this status if you want to make tickets available online. This status depends on your current sales status, so it will reflect the availability of tickets.
    3. Draft
    4. This status is useful when you want to bring your event back to draft mode. If tickets have been reserved you can't change the status to draft. In other cases, changing to this status will bring your event back to draft mode which means that won't be visible to the public.
    5. Sold Out
    6. If you don't want to offer any more tickets, choose this status. It will display a "Sold Out" message on your event page, and tickets will no longer be available online. Changing the status to "Sold Out" does not affect your total capacity.
    7. Postponed
    8. In case your event needs to be postponed, select this status. It will display a message on your event page, indicating that the event has been postponed. Tickets will no longer be available online. Remember to inform your attendees about the change and update the event date accordingly.
    9. Cancelled
    10. If your event gets cancelled, choose this status. It will display a "Cancelled" message on your event page, and tickets will no longer be available online. Please note that changing the status to "Cancelled" does not automatically issue refunds or notify attendees. It is your responsibility to inform your attendees about the cancellation and process refunds for all orders.
