How do I change my Tixtree account email address?

This article allows you to modify the email address associated with your Tixtree account. Changing your email address can be necessary if you have a new email or if you want to update your contact information. Follow the steps below to easily update your Tixtree account email address:

1. Go to “Account” by clicking on the user icon located at the right side of the top navigation bar;
2. Click “Edit”;
3. Here, you will see your current email address displayed. Replace the current email address with the new one you wish to associate with your Tixtree account.
4. To ensure the security of your account, Tixtree requires you to verify your identity. Enter your current Tixtree account password in the designated field.
5. Click “Save”.
