You can reset your Tixtree password by clicking the link "Forgotten your password" when logging in or at any moment from the Tixtree platform by following these steps:
- Go to “Account” by clicking on the user icon located at the right side of the top navigation bar;
- Click “Edit”;
- Create a new password that must be at least 8 characters long;
- Enter your current Tixtree account password in the designated field to verify your identity and authorise the password change;
- Click “Save”.
A strong and unique password would enhance the security of your account. If you don't use a password manager yet, we recommend you to consider one. Bitwarden is a great option: it's free forever, and it works like a charm.
