🎟 Where are my tickets?

Once you completed your order, you should have received the order confirmation email.

This email is crucial as it contains your tickets. Your tickets are attached as PDFs, each with a unique QR code. These QR codes will be scanned by the event organizer when you check in on the day of the event.

If you didn't receive the confirmation email, follow these steps:

1. Free up space in your inbox
   If your mailbox is full, new messages may be rejected.
   
   
2. Check your spam or junk folder
   The message may have been filtered incorrectly.
   
   
3. Still can't find It?
   If the email isn't in your spam folder, there's a high chance that a typo occurred.
   No worries though: you can download your tickets via the event self-service.
   
   
4. Lost your order code?
   Please contact the event organizer, they will be able to help.
