Tixtree is a ticketing platform built specifically for event organizers to create events and manage ticket sales.

We do not manage events directly and are therefore unable to assist attendees with event-specific matters. For any inquiries related to your ticket or the event, please contact the event organizer directly.

You may need to reach out to the organizer for matters such as:

â€ĸ Refund requests or cancellation policies
â€ĸ Ticket transfers or name changes
â€ĸ Event date, time, or location changes
â€ĸ Access issues at the venue
â€ĸ Accessibility accommodations
â€ĸ Invoice or receipt requests
â€ĸ Lost or missing tickets
â€ĸ Entry requirements or event rules
â€ĸ Event postponement or cancellation updates
â€ĸ Complaints or incident reports

The event organizer is solely responsible for the event, its policies, and all attendee communications. Please refer to the event page or your confirmation email for their contact details.
