πŸšͺ How to sell tickets at the door

Selling tickets at the door is an excellent way to capture last-minute attendees and boost overall attendance. However, by using Tixtree to manage these sales, you gain a major advantage: collecting valuable attendee data that would otherwise be lost with simple cash transactions. With Tixtree, every ticket sold at the door is tied to a registered attendee, helping you maintain a complete record of your audience, streamline entry, and even foster post-event engagement.

Prerequisites

Prepaid credits

To sell tickets at the door, you'll need to purchase a pack of our prepaid credits.

Once credits are purchased, they’ll be added to your account, and you can view the remaining balance in real time by clicking the relevant button in the top right corner of your Box Office overview.

Note: Tixtree does not integrate with POS machines. The payment method type is simply used for record-keeping purposes to track how the transaction was completed.

The order will be marked as completed, the QR code will be sent to the customer, and the order will include all the details of the offline transaction.
